Preserving Paradise Valley Pledge

Everyone can support the “Preserving Paradise Valley Pledge” which provides:

1. I support and take actions to proactively preserve Paradise Valley’s iconic mountains.
2. I support preserving open space.
3. I support one-house per acre zoning and low density residential living.
4. I support our Police Department and first responders.
5. I support our world-class resorts.
6. I support the town’s dark sky.
7. I support undergrounding utilities to preserve vistas.
8. I support local control for zoning decisions.
9. I support Hillside safety and protections.
10. I support no dynamite being used on the mountains.
11. I support no property tax.
12. I support no party houses or abuses of short term rentals.
13. I support the peaceful use and enjoyment of a resident’s home.
14. I support drainage and infrastructure improvements to protect residents.
15. I support restricting traffic and minimizing cross-through traffic.

A merits-focused approach is what is needed. My compass is that I fight for the quality of life in PV.  I actively protect the town we all love.

I serve as the canary in the coalmine to let residents know when a decision is going the wrong direction that can harm our town.
